Annotation

The Act on Amendment and Supplementation of the Electronic Communications Act (State Gazette No 105/2011) introduces a number of amendments, some of which concern the terms of issue of building permits for construction of сelectronic communications networks and infrastructure.

In the present article the author examines and analyses the relevant spatial, property and subjective preconditions which must be available all at the same time in order to be issued a building permit for construction of сelectronic communications networks and infrastructure.
