The articleaddresses the question: Are the legality requirements of the individual administrative acts, referred to in Art. 146 of the APC, also valid with respect to the general and normative administrative acts. The author presents his reasoned view on the matter, focusing on the specifics  and the common characteristics of the legality requirements of the of various types of administrative acts.
