THE GROUNDS FOR NON-DISCRIMINATION: PERSONAL AND SOCIAL STATUS

Annotation

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. (Art. 1, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Art. 6, Paragraph 2 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria ). According to Art. 6, paragraph 2, sentence. II CRB There shall be no privileges or restriction of rights on the grounds of race, nationality, ethnic self-identity, sex, origin, religion, education, opinion, political affiliation, personal or social status or property status. Equality under certain differences often capitalize on these differences. This is a logical result of the current protection against discrimination.
