The article analyzes the legal definition given in Art. 93, item 20 of the Penal Code of the term "organized criminal group", highlighting the problems encountered by judicial authorities in its interpretation and application. The author also raises important philosophical and moral issues faced by the Bulgarian legislation and jurisdiction.
