Ownership over real estate is a significant economic and social factor in every stage of public development.This is why each legislative system provides methods for protection of real property. The high economic value of real estate demands the information related to it to be regulated and secured by the state. In continental legal matter this is settled by the creation of legislative institutes: on one hand - notarial verification of legal transactions with real properties. Information technologies give a whole diferent and new aspect to these legislative institutes. Some of them are already regulated by Bulgarian legislators. All these new regulations in protection of real estate are the topic of this article.
