CRIMES AGAINST FORESTRY – ART. 235 OF THE BULGARIAN CRIMINAL CODE

Annotation

In the article are described the problems connected with the application of the criminal acts under Article 235, p. 1 and p. 2 of the Bulgarian Criminal Code. Crimes against Forestry have an impact of the whole economy and the problem with the illegal wood cutting stays. There are variety of problems – economic, social, organizational. They are due to omissions and unclearness in the Forest Act, the Penal Code, the Criminal Procedure Code and the lack of settled court practice. The authoress stresses in the major principles and general origins and sources of the Criminal and administrative Forest law, article substantive and procedural aspects according to the major principles of the conduct investigation of offences against Forestry.
