This study builds upon the existing researches in the field of public information and public sector information through comparison of the obliged organs to guarantee these two types of information. The paper underlines the specifics of the definition for obliged organ for public information and public sector information. The differences between the two types of information leads to the differences of the obliged organs as developed in the legal practice.
