Annotation
The present article deals with the EU Directive on Consumer Rights, its scope and the manner of its implementation. In this summary the author compares the provisions of the above-mentioned Directive with the Consumer Protection Act; the comparison itself is divided thematically in the following groups: 1. Information provided to consumers; 2. Regulation of distance and off-premises contracts; 3. Specific consumer rights in contracts for sale of goods; 4. Unfair terms in consumer contracts.
