The article examines the topic of the legal nature and regulation of medical and genetic counseling, with the author not only addressing the key aspects of the regulatory framework governing medical and genetic counseling, but also analyzing the problems which arise in connection with the information resulting from genetic counseling, highlighting the possibility that it leads to discriminatory practices.
