By Decision№ 1 of 1 March 2012 on constitutional case № 10 of 2011, the provision of Art. 189, para. 13 of the Lawon Road Traffic (SG, issue 20 of 1999) which provided that penal orders and electronic tickets imposing fines of up to BGN 50 cannot be appealed against, was declared unconstitutional.
