Annotation

In continuation of the topics related to the legalregime of counteracting the irregularities and fraud with EU funds, this paper aims to present some issues in the area of collection of funds unduly spent under European programs, and more particularly: the establishment of claims, the possibility for voluntary execution, the securing of claims, the specifics of forced execution under the TIPC and under the CPC, and the possibility for collection within the universal insolvency procedure.
