Annotation
The general development plans are works out for the territory of a municipality, a part of a municipality, a settlement – a town, a village and its surrounding land, a settlement with national significant. They are defined by the Law of the Spatial Planning as a base for the complete territorial structure of the municipalities, the part of them or of the separated settlement with their land.
The planning in the General development plans is obligatory at working out the Detailed Site Development Plans when it determines the general structure and prevailing significance of the territories, the type and purpose of the technical infrastructure, environment protection and the objects of the cultural and historical heritage,. The General development Plan has no a direct application for building permission.
