Thisstudy contains a contemporary overview of the European legislation focusing ononlineintellectual propertyissues. The article examines complications related to intellectual property rights. It examines the basic legal and practical problems of online property rightssuch as allowing multi-territorial licenses, domain problems, online advertising, signing general terms in websites and similar legal issues. Issues related to intellectual property rights online are addressed through specific case law , as well as de lege ferenda proposals for amendments and supplements to the legislation.
