Annotation
The specifics emerging in the termination of the labour contract for training during the process of work in comparison with the common rules under the Labour Code for the termination of every labour contract, are researched. The issues are examined regarding the inapplicability of the grounds for dismissal under Art. 328, para. 1, items 5 and 6 of the Labour Code, and the termination of the contract in question under Art. 236 of the Labour Code on the grounds of expiry of the term of the contract. The duration of the notice period in case of termination of this contract is also discussed.
