Annotation

In the article,the author describes the characteristics of the "fine" penalty, distinguishing it from similar legal institutes such as the penalty "confiscation of available property", and the restraining measure"bail". Indicated are the forms of the "fine" penalty - voluntary and enforced. Also addressed is significance of the moment of execution the "fine" penalty for the subsequent vindication, and the practical problems of its implementation.
