This paper represents an overview of the amendments in the field of open data, proposed at the beginning of the year 2020 and accepted in July 2020 by the Council of Ministers, in the Ordinance for Standard Licenses for Reuse of Public Sector Information and its Publication in Open Format, legally grounded at the Access to Public Information Act.
Amendments can be found in several directions: definitions, controlling public sector bodies and amendments reflecting the technological development.
