Annotation

The articleaddresses the important new moments, as well as some amendments and supplements contained in the regulation of the administrative proceedings according to the APC, relating to the administrative justice. In addition, the author makes a thorough monitoring and evaluation of the impact of the Administrative Procedure Code for the period from its entry into force to date. A focus is placed on the following issues: workload of the administrative courts, suability, claim proceedings under Art. 1 of the Law onLiability of the Stateand Municipalities for Damages, issues relating to enteringand accession, evidence in cassation proceedings, legal nature of the institutional and non-institutional rules and regulations.
