The article analyzes some questions aboutinspection(art. 145 Judiciary system act) like an extra-procedural investigating activity carried out for the purpose of establishing the presence of enough data that an indictable offence has been committed. Research contains several proposals for improvement of the legislation which have been formulated and substantiated.
