The article examines various issues related to the criminal procedural matter, in the field of pre-trial proceedings and, above all, to the relations between the prosecutor and the individual types of investigative bodies. Both some general situations concerning the activity of the bodies mentioned here in general, as well as specific features characteristic of each of them, in their interaction with the state prosecutor, in the course of the investigation, are presented. Their procedural status, departmental affiliation, as well as their individual contribution to uncovering the objective truth in the case were also examined.
