This is because the XXI century achieves a revolutionary informational change, which has a significant impact on society: various information technologies, widespread digitalization, global access to resources via the Internet and even artificial intelligence. It is today that questions are posed that were not relevant before, problems arise, the resolution of which requires an interdisciplinary approach and understanding.
And the above, along with the specific regulation of the protection of cultural heritage, simultaneously with the principle of its general availability, the various regulations - in the field of copyright and in the field of cultural heritage, should find an appropriate research perspective to cover the problems posed and offer possible understandings and interpretations.
