The relevance of electronic justice is becoming more and more intense. The introduction of electronic technologies into the justice system has, relatively speaking, two dimensions - organizational and procedural. The organizational one is related to the legislation regulating the competence of the bodies in the judicial power and the technical security, while the procedural law is expressed in the application of the law, when an electronic way of declaration of will is available. The analysis of casuistics is important with a view to optimizing the administration of justice in conditions of electronicization and application of artificial intelligence.
