Annotation

The purpose of this presentation is to examine some basic administrative legal aspects of the management of the judiciary - to analyze the legal nature of ethical codes. With the acts of the SJC as a governing body, the regulation of legal relations in the judicial system, regulated by the Constitution and the Civil Code, is further developed. This is of great importance for the adequate implementation of legal institutions and acts in practice. The management of the judiciary in Bulgaria is examined in the light of the rule-making competence of the SJC and the regulation of professional legal ethics. The research focuses on the place of the SJC in the system of judicial power in its capacity as an administrative body with relevant management functions to ensure personnel and administration of the judicial power. This is carried out through his powers, a significant place among which is occupied by his rule-making competence. In this sense, the legal nature of some of his acts, which regulate legal relations in the judiciary, has been examined.
