Annotation

The termination of private state ownership occurs in cases provided for by law. The most common method is when concluding a legal transaction such as sale and donation, by which the state can transfer its ownership to other persons. The current legislation also regulates other cases in which private state ownership is terminated, and these are restitution, privatization and acquisition by prescription.

The introduction of democracy in the country and the opening of market relations require the adoption of new legislation, which will be their basis. Then privatization also arises as one of the methods for terminating the state ownership regime. It can be defined as a legal activity for the transfer of state and municipal ownership of business objects into the ownership of private individuals or legal entities.
