INTERROGATION BEFORE JUDGE IN THE PRE-TRIAL CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Annotation

The interrogation before judge in the pre-trial criminal proceedings is two types: interrogation of witness and interrogation of accused. Both interrogations have very significant role concerning the disclosure of the objective truth regarding to the corresponding offence, especially the witness statements before judge.The interrogation of witness is more often used method of proof from the bodies of the pre-trial criminal proceedings during the conducted investigation. The interrogartions of the witness could be conducted with differentcategories witnesses: interrogation of the “eye-witness”; interrogation of the “minors witnessеs” etc.In the investigation practice, interrogation of accused before judge is conducted very rarely, as usual are being questioned before judge citizens who can bear criminal liability.
