THEORETICAL BASIS OF THE GROUNDS FOR CRIMINALISATION OF ACTS

The scientific article aims to focus on the grounds for the criminalisation of acts as a major issue of contemporary criminal law-making.

The theoretical framework contains legal aspects of the questions concerning: 1) The authors' approach to the scientific interpretation of the concept of „grounds for criminalisation“. 2) The essence and characteristics of individual grounds. The methodology of the scientific research includes the dialectical method, the method of analysis and synthesis, and specific legal methods of lexical and logical interpretation.
