The report examines whether the institute of the counter-appeal is applicable regarding the appeal of rulings. It is argued that the private counter-appeal is admissible, although with a narrower scope than that of the counter-appeal submitted against the court resolutions of first and second court instance. An analysis of the specifics of this type of appeal is carried out and a distinction is made from similar hypotheses.
