The articleanalyzes the amendments to the Labour Code (SG, issue 7 of 2012) relating to the regulation of relations connected with temporary employment. The author examines the so-called "triangular" legal relations between an employer - temporary employment agency, a worker, and a third party - user of workforce, focusing on the contracts that regulate these specific relations, and the rights and obligations which arise for the parties under them.
