This scientific article presents the concept of the source of law and analysis of the underlying issues. The source of law is analyzed from different aspects and its influence on legislative creation and other processes is presented.
Discussing these issues from a historical perspective is emphasized.
At the same time, the relationship and the characteristics of the terms “form of law” and “source of law” have been examined.
