The following scientific paper discusses the main issues of law and concepts of the sources of law. Among these issues, the main problem of defining these legal concepts is especially emphasized.
The research on the topic, made throughout the different periods of time is presented in details.
Attention is drawn to the importance and the various aspects of the concept of the form of law. Certain characteristics of the sources of law are also subject to analysis (for example it’s definition, clarity, the normative character, the coercive force, etc.).
