The delivery of communications in the Tax-Insurance Procedure Code enforcement process is a legal action, without the proper implementation of which the compulsory proceedings would not be fully deployed, much less would have been successful. The rules under which it is enforced are strictly regulated by the legislator, in a certain procedural order, and the violation of any of them is not insignificant and leads to adverse legal consequences in the enforcement proceedings - repetition of service or cancellation of the corrupt actions, and in the most serious cases even repeal of an issued act. That is why the proper service of communications to a party guarantees its rights and legitimate interests and ensures a lawful enforcement process.
