This scientific study is dedicated to the principles of some international multilateral treaties in the field of civil protection in the aspect of protection against natural disasters with participation of the Republic of Bulgaria. The attention is paid to explicitly formulated principles of these international treaties. It has been made also suggestions de lege ferenda for their improvement.
