The article examinesthe applicability of the institute of hereditary transmission in cases of incomplete adoption. Briefly explained is the nature of hereditary transmission, and a distinction is made from similar legal schemes. Several hypotheses are discussed – of death of the adopter, the adoptee, or respectively of their relativesby origin. The thesis is defended of the admissibility of hereditary transmission in all these cases.
